This comment really hit close to home: “There’s plenty of ugly girls. Go s******* harass THEM with your disgusting existence.” So basically, an ugly man’s mere existence is “s***** harassment”? What’s downright scary is, there are women out there who really actually think like that, and they can ruin your career! I’ve seen proof of this at my job. On several occasions over the years, I and 8 other witnesses saw and heard 3 women, all friends with each other, conspire to get certain guys fired on fictitious accusations just because they didn’t like how they looked!! And they’ve been getting away with this s***! No matter how many times we talked to the higher ups about what’s going on, nobody does anything, even when my department manager discreetly recorded those girls having this conversation and showed it to them! In the 6 years I’ve worked here, we’ve seen 14 guys fired for dubious s***** harassment complaints and it’s always the same 3 women making them. And they brag about it, constantly, cackling with sadistic glee about ruining those poor guys’ careers simply because they found them physically unattractive! And these aren’t little 18 year old girls, but grown a** women in their f****** 30s doing this! In the 6 years I’ve worked here, I’ve seen the roster of male employees change from being pretty representative of the general population, to practically that of a male modelling agency. Any new guy whose on the wrong end of the beauty bell curve gets fired within a month and his career potentially destroyed! Everybody here knows what’s going on and nothing is done about it.
