I am not happy at all in my current situation it is even worst than my previous company which I left for the same reason. Where do I go in this world? My life is total wasted. They have made me zero where I work with my juniors not 1 year 2 year but 10 years. My job satisfaction is just save my a**. Our energy, ambition and dreams are not matching. If I had anywhere to go I would have left instantly.
