On the 16th, my cousin lost her battle with Covid. She was 33. This morning another cousin gave birth prematurely after pregnancy complications. The baby died shortly after. I’ve lost two family members so far this year. It’s only January. I don’t know how to describe this grief and dread I’m experiencing.
