I have an amazing bf. I don’t want to change him but I also don’t want to resent him. I’ve always wanted a man that would shower me in compliments and buy me flowers. Call me super old fashion. Call me a stupid romantic. He’s ok at the complements but sometimes I have to still ask for a compliment. Last Friday was my birthday. I was at the store and saw all the beautiful flowers. I want something soft and white and beautiful. But I’d been complaining about it for a while so I decided not to get myself flowers incase my bf was going to. I wanted to trust him. He’s a smart guy! Needless to say he did NOT get me any flowers. Instead he actually got sick? It was not the birthday I’d planned…. And I still haven’t gotten some damn flowers.
