I used to struggle with self harm, but it’s been ages since I hurt myself. At least two years. But today, I don’t know why, I cut myself. Not deep, there wasn’t even any blood, just little scratches. And I’m scared of falling back down that rabbit hole. I’m scared that I’ll do it again and it’ll be deeper and then I’ll do it again and again and you get the idea.
