I’m glad that gay people can marry and I’m always so happy when I see pictures of engagements and weddings of same s** couples. But it also stings knowing that, as a heterosexual woman, the man I’ve been with for 4 years and am totally in love with will never marry me. It’s off the table for him. He’s already been married once and he said that was enough. Oh, he loves me– just not enough to take that leap. Even though I had nothing to do with his first marriage falling apart, I’m the one who gets punished for other people’s actions. Which I guess has pretty much been a theme in my life all along. *sigh*

Am i the only man who sincerely thinks most men should be castrated as soon as they are 18/fully physically grown for societal benefit? Yes earlier would be better but you have to let them mature because society needs them as adult workers. They could be put in chastity cages until then. Which would also help by causing penile atrophy until they can be castrated.

My wife knew i was a recovering s** addict when we dated, when we married, and knew that it stemmed from childhood maternal molestation many years ago. She knows i will not act out, that i love her too much to do that to her, and she knows to the degree any non s** addict can how exhausting the onslaught of compulsive intrusive s***** thoughts are.
