HALLOWEEN IS A LOAD OF RUBBISH
It was never ‘A Thing’ at all when I was young, never heard of it until about 15 years ago. It is just something that supermarkets latched onto to fill the gap between summer and Christmas in the hope that a few gullible people will spend money on cheap plastic rubbish.
They are so proud of the fact that now they have to charge for plastic carrier bags the amount of plastic they produce has fallen dramatically but what do they do on Halloween – produce tons of plastic s*** that will be 10p an item tomorrow and in a skip by the end of the week.
It’s rubbish, don’t play the game.
