My mom likes to do favors for me and my siblings that we don’t ask for just so that she can make us do something for her. One time, I came home and my mom was about to start washing the dishes. She said she’d do the dishes for me if I washed her work uniforms. I declined and she insisted. I put my foot down and said I’d do my own dishes. She gave me the death glare before storming out and calling me ungrateful. My dad said I should just do her laundry and I did, reluctantly of course. I don’t see how you can ASK me a yes or no question and be mad at the reply I give.
