Wow, that’s nervy. Imagine your spouse dumping you, remarrying, and then having the new spouse call you for favorite recipes. So you have a fired teacher who presumably has bad feelings toward the school AND you ask said teacher to voluntarily give up her time to train the person who replaced her? Or demand, really, since you didn’t have permission to share her email address. Train the new teacher yourself or set her up with mentor teachers at the school, but leave the original teacher out of it.
