If you can see the post that means it doesn’t. In that case if you really want to leave a comment/reply, you can do something like putting it as a new confession in the ‘other’ category, quote a few lines or the confession id from the url of the original post that you want to leave a comment to, in your reply post so that people will refer what/whom do you mean. Eventually it will appear very close to the original post and everyone will know. Remember there were no restriction on the number of comments , but here you have to go slow within their limited speed.
It is IP specific, the more number of device you are using, the more number of post you post.
