I feel awful about this. I went on a random chat website, and for fun I decided to use a random girls picture and fake information about my age and where i’m from. I wasn’t trying specifically to lie to anyone or catfish them, I was just bored. anyway, I’ve started taking to this guy and he’s literally the most perfect person ever, he’s not pushy, he’s calm and is really similar to me. the only problem is his believes i’m someone i’m not, and I feel awful about it. he keeps asking me to send more pictures but I don’t want to lie to him more than I already have. I feel I should stop taking to him, but im so attached to him it would break my heart to leave.

Tell him the truth now rather than later.
Tell him why you did it in the first place and come clean. If you don’t you will lose him. If you do, there’s a 50/50 percent change he might see your courage. And who say he isn’t doing it himself.
sorry but this whole situation is wrong. Dont’ ever do this. It’s not only identity theft it’s also causing someone to fall in love with a fasntasy.
I’ve been on both sides of this- come clean, it’s possible you can still be friends.
