I made up a fake persona and even faked my voice.

When I was in elementary, I was a slightly extroverted kid and had a pretty weird voice and a maniacal laugh. Kids would occasionally tell me my voice/laugh was weird or that I was annoying. Sometime in third or fourth grade, I gave myself an extremely shy persona and a very feminine voice to match my gender. The weird thing is, everyone loved me. I ended up being the most respected kid in the classroom. Even the slightest offense, like accidentally bumping into me, would be taken as a threat and everyone would start yelling at the kid who did that to me. I had some close calls with mixing my personal and school personas. I never told this to anyone, except for my sister and my guy friend. I don’t know when and how to stop.
