i’m bipolar and i’ve been in a low for about a week and today i was having an intense breakdown and i was in my kitchen holding a knife to my throat and i was going to kill myself but my roommate got home and started coming through the front door so i hid it all and put it behind me. if she didn’t come in i might be dead
