I went to the doctors recently for something minor but it has been bothering me for quite awhile. But when I consulted with the doctor about my problem she said it was unnecessary and that it’s not damaging my health. And I felt really stupid and guilty cause I felt like I was not only wasting the doctors time but my parents’ as well for having to come with me for something so minor.
