I have a thing where I would take daily walks but I had to do it with my dad for safety reasons, he said “I’m not up to it maybe tomorrow” and never did it and now is trying to get me to learn something I don’t want to learn (biking) to make it easier for him and now I feel bad for not doing them and somehow it’s my fault, I just wanted to be healthier, anyway to get back on track with just, feeling happier?
