I have an amazing husband. 2 beautiful children (11 and 13) and I drink too much.

I work in a school and look after eveyone else all the time but never look after me.

I wouldn’t say I’m alcohol dependent but I absolutely have a habit.

I’m being the best I can for eveyone who needs me but I never go one night without drinking.

I blame my genes and stresses BUT I actually feel ashamed if my consumption and when I tell someone I think they think I’m joking!

Am I the only one like this? Please note my family are well looked after. I work and i ak not alcohol dependent but i dont know how to break this chain.

I’m plagued with thoughts of r*** and homocide and I don’t know how to stop it, I don’t think I can. It feels me with immense guilt, especially when the person that I’m looking at, thinking of, doesn’t even know what kind of sick and terrible things I want to do to them. It’s sick. And unfortunately those thoughts have been worsening lately. They’ve gotten so extreme that I’m afraid I’m going to give in to them soon.
