I’m sorry that somebody hurt you.
The situation I was talking about was a very long time ago. The person passed way a while ago so I can’t apologize to them.
I’m at the end of my life and I am trying to find peace after a life of inconsiderate and sometimes mean behavior.
The situation involved infidelity. I denied it for decades. I did it and I am sorry for both the action and the lie.
Memories of hurting somebody you care about can haunt you forever.
