I refuse to talk any way but texting and I have lost friendships because of it. In the past it was never a problem but either because of Covid, becoming more introverted or my controlling husband I’ve simply shut down and retreated to only my phone. I’m not in my 20a or younger, so this is childish, immature and pathetic. I’m embarrassed but am apparently a cowardly woman.
