I lied about someone touching me when I was 18 for reasons I don’t even know now other than wanting attention and it turns out he had done it to others but I didn’t even know until after the fact and it haunts me everyday years later that I let someone get arrested because I told a lie. Charges were dropped but still makes me feel disgusting.
