I found a b********** website while looking up the origins of the paraphilia for my sexology class and it made me f****** sick. Now I sometimes go back on there to make myself sick and punish myself for something like instead of cutting myself I’ll force myself to watch something that terrifies and disgusts me to the point where I’ll throw up until I pass out. I’m completely disgusted with the world, myself included.
