As a health care worker I accidentally dropped one of my clients medications into the sink and another one on the floor and placed them back into his medication box and I got some of his medications mixed up within the wrong day slots and I didn’t know where to put some of them back, so I left them out and I made all kinds of other mistakes tonight at my job besides that and I’m embarrassed afraid insecure worried paranoid and I lied and was selfish prideful disrespectful and lazy
