I couldn’t bear it any longer. I had to tell him and it’s been hard. We were high school sweethearts. We got married and have been together all our lives. 6 years ago when I was 46 something happened that changed my life. My then 69 year old boss called me on a winter Sunday morning to work a couple of hours in his place. My husband put me a coat on my sleep shirt and dropped me there. He went grocery shopping to make some time but when he returned to pick me up I wasn’t ready. I had taken my coat off. It had been my first time. My boss found out I had a crush on him and took advantage of me. My boss died shortly after. I kept it to myself but couldn’t anymore.
