I swore as I walked past someone yesterday 26/07/2019 because I was particularly traumatised at being or having been intensively bullied. I felt bad about it afterwards and would have gone back to apologise, but the people had already gone. I purchased a homeless person a sandwich and drink afterwards after I sat down and felt guilty about it, I had also been a bit upset in Sainsburys in the brief period beforehand.
