My grandfather is friends with a war criminal from WW2. All I know is that he was in SS Karstjager division, and he’s from Slovenia. I have read up on this particular division and it has said it was for ethnic Germans from Slovenia and Italy. From what I have also read, all SS personnel were held accountable for any involvement, so I am wondering why he isn’t. Just for note, I am from the UK. What should I do, how do I report!?!?!

  • Give it a rest! These old men are in their late 90’s. Because they served their country does NOT make them a “war criminal”. Stop listening to the propaganda and turn on the brain and think.

Real war crimes go on everyday, why not do something about them?
Innocent children are starved to death in the Yemen war. Do you know what Israhell does to the Palestinians?

How about the police, who more and more frequently, murder motorists during a traffic stop and then falsify the police report?

History is written by the victors. Do you really think that the Germans got fair trails at Nuremberg?
Do you know what the allies did?
Do you know about all the rapes of French women and other countries “liberated” by the allies? Do you know about the fire bombing of Dresden?
How about those two atomic bombs dropped on CIVILIAN cities in Japan AFTER the Japanese had already surrendered?
Shall I go on, or are you beginning get a slight glimpse of reality?

    • I never said because they served their country, it makes them a war criminal. It’s because they were apart of a division that did commit war crimes so it’s very possible.

      • EVERY division is said to have committed war crimes. What you don’t understand is that much of history (ALL history) is a fabrication. The history of war is extremely fabricated and false.
If you weren’t there then you are not able to judge. Don’t be a mindless dupe for the propaganda promoters.
You won’t be able to undo any errors you make.
By the way, Doest thou walk on water?

  • What should you do? Leave it alone. It’s far past the time for revenge, and many who committed heinous acts during war have since redeemed themselves with the rest of their lives. The Germans don’t hold a candle to what many of the Japanese and Russians did, it’s just that Germany was the focus of Allied fighting and propaganda.Want to make the world a better place, become friends with the old man, he has insights far beyond what you could ever know.
