I have depression pretty bad, and sometimes I wish I had bipolar, so I would have manic periods and sad periods instead of normal periods and sad periods.
I want the manic energy so I can use it to clean up after the aftermath of my sad periods, but I never have it.

For energy maybe you should try sativa dominant cannabis?
You really don’t want mania, the potential for disorganised thinking, psychosis and out of control behaviour is too great.
