When I was a in highschool my best friend committed suicide because of something I said to her all because I wanted to talk to my girlfriend at the time. It has been several years and I still struggle to deal with what I said to the point I can’t even comprehend why someone would like someone as terrible as me and it has ruined several relationships. Words matter, and the impact you have on someone can be more substantial than you think.
