I own a summer shore house now for close to 9 years and since I retired and got divorced 4 years ago now live there year round. Once my wife and I broke up I have lots of friends and family down especially during the summer months. About three years ago I renovated the upstairs bathroom next to my master bath room and was devious enough to put in a fake vent knowing I could see into the new bathroom. As a retired plumber I did all the work myself and did a good job concealing the way the vent appears in the new bathroom. As of now I have literally seen dozens of woman naked and the only ones I never watch are female family members. I do feel guilty about it at times since I see women who are some of my friends wives or girlfriends. I never spy on the young girls but if they are over 18 then they are fair game for me. I not only see them naked but watch as they shower many times watching them shaving their legs and often pubic hair. Some of them I have witnessed the way they m********* and even insert their tampons. I have seen these women in the most uncompromising things they do and enjoy every time they are here. Most of the time I watch them I am also naked and m********* as I am watching them. I always get the women to stay in the two other bedrooms on the second floor just to know who will be using that bathroom. I have 5 bedrooms over all and try to give the first floor rooms to the older couples but sometimes don’t. One of these “older” woman is gorgeous and comes frequently with her boyfriend. I think I have watched her naked and showering over 30 times since I renovated that bathroom. I would be to ashamed if anyone ever found out I have been doing this for so long. For that reason the vent is well hidden on my side and a panel has to be unscrewed each time to have the vent open. The drawback seeing all these women naked is when we are at the beach or just around the house. As I talk to them I often get an erection, picturing and knowing how I just saw them naked. I do feel guilty around my close friends but what they don’t know won’t hurt them.
