I love my child. But sometimes he pushes me to the edge and I tell him I’m going to return him the the baby store where mommies and daddies get babies. I do this in spite of the fact that I know he is extremely sensitive and anxious and that threats like this truly frighten him. After the threat he will then shape up and behave appropriately. But I feel like I am somehow damaging him long term. I know. The threats need to stop. But sometimes he just drives me insane.
