My fiancé and I are in a long-distance relationship due to college for me and tech school in the military for him. We often video chat while using our computers (so most often, we can’t see the other person). He just got a new roommate last week, and I will admit that I find him quite attractive.
My fiancé never told the roommate that he is often on a video call, even if I am not visible on his screen. I expressed discomfort with this because it honestly felt a little creepy that I could, at any time, see his roommate and have him unaware that I was there. I was taking a break from a game, watching my fiancé play his game (because he’s super cute when he’s excited).
His roommate proceeded to take off everything except his underwear in plain view, getting ready for a shower. Yes, I should have stopped watching, but honestly I couldn’t tear my eyes away from him. So he takes a quick shower and comes back in nothing but a towel. I swear, I almost died of an awful mix of panic, guilt, and desire. And then he looked over to my fiancé, checked that he was busy, turned away, and dropped the towel. I saw his a**. (And goddamn it was a nice b*** lol.) I don’t think I’ve ever blushed that much.
I told my fiancé that I saw him on accident and since then, he’s been more aware and turns the camera off when his roommate seems to be getting ready to take a shower/after he’s done. But I just feel so guilty for watching him without his permission, and for even wanting to despite being in a happy relationship.
