I got my license 3 weeks ago. Last night I nudged a parked car trying to do a u turn. I didn’t see any damage but I didn’t leave a note either. I realised when I got home that I should have. I called the cops when I got home to report it, and gave them all my details, but I still feel horribly guilty!! I wish I could apologise to the person, and definitely feel like the a****** that I am. Lesson learned.
