I have a lot of work to do, due today, and I knew I wouldn’t have the time to do it, so I lied to my mother saying my period had started and that I had no tampons or pads, when I hadn’t started, and I had plenty of both in my bag. She bought it, and was late for her doctor’s appointment in order to pick me up. Despite telling me she’d drive me straight back to school after her appointment, when she got back she didn’t say anything about it, even having a conversation about it with me but never bringing up the whole ‘bringing you back’ part. I think she forgot. I feel awful about it because she hates liers, and especially hates it when I lie to her, so much so it makes her cry. Hopefully this all blows over and she never finds out. 🙁
