Beware the plague we have amongst us. It is because the LORD has seen how great the wickedness of the human race has become on the earth. For many the thoughts of the human heart are only evil all the time. The evil of humanity will result in disease, bloodshed, and death. People continually have sinned against Him, so He has responded with resolve to act justly, but also salvage the righteous.
