got catcalled for the first time today.
i’m 13.
i was walking down the school corridor and these 2 to 3 crackheads from the 2nd floor opened the windows and began SHOUTING. i was with my friend at that time so, i felt a little safe. they were shouting like, “Hellooo beautiful!” and like “Helloooo, look here!” and whistling like, really loudly. i didn’t really know what to do, my friend and i were freaking out like heck. I didn’t look in their direction and just kept walking. it lasted for like 10 seconds before we turned around the corner. that was like, so weird and scary.
that was a really creepy experience and those guys were like, 17. like come on. SEVENTEEN years old. idiots. i think the next time something like this happens, i’m either going to stare at them until they leave or just pretend to look around everywhere BUT there.
