I’m a m********* once or twice a day kind of guy. Every day. And I recently went into cardiac arrest due to Lyme disese. Woo I spent 2 weeks in the hospital and git a pacemaker. I’m 23. In the hospital I was always on a heartbeat monitor so m*********** was basically out of the question. But on day 10 I tried. And after an hour of starting and stopping to keep my heart rate below 90 I managed to do it.
