To: To be honest, being on a diet s**** big time. I’m still hungry and now sad.
-I suggest not completely going on a diet unless advised by doctors. I used to use diets since I did lose weight but learning from them you just gain even more if you stop. My advice is:
-Cut down on portion sizes a bit
-Drink a cup of water before dinner to make you feel more full and cleanse your intestines and stomach
-Don’t ditch all junk food just eat the same diet you do but more healthier like a simple salad for lunch with maybe some honey and mustard sauce (really nice and healthy) and salmon for dinner since fatty fish is ever so good for you
-If your trying to work out and gain muscle eat healthy but more calories like eggs, nuts, fish, avocados (fuelled with protein and calories) and milk
-Don’t rely on just vitamin tablets or protein shakes
-Spicy food is your best friend as it can increase life expectancy and help cut fat

I do this and it is ever so helpful just don’t cut sugar out since your body does need it and your body has grown used to it since childhood, it will damage you if you do. Hope this helps! x
*BTW this can help anyone with weight loss an muscle gain, just make sure to avoid certain foods if your allergic*
