Greenpeace founder Patrick Moore, who founded the pioneering environmental activist group almost 50 years ago to protest nuclear war, met with an outpouring of support from conservatives and weary Democrats alike, after tweeting a scathing rebuke earlier this week to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, whose toxic Green New Deal has become the focus of the environmental movement.
Moore criticized the Global Warming movement for “co-opting and corrupting” politicians and allowing the environment to be treated as a political football without understanding of the meaning behind the rhetoric.
Major Unions have warned Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that her plan will drive the nation into poverty. She plans to end the use of the combustion engine and eliminate private automobiles, end air travel and curtail electrical usage to one hour per day per household.

Although Mr. Moore played a significant role in Greenpeace Canada for several years, he did not found Greenpeace. Phil Cotes, Irving Stowe, and Jim Bohlen founded Greenpeace in 1970.
According to Al Gore, we were all supposed to be fried by now. The icebergs were all melting and we were supposed to be underwater. Didn’t happen. Their research is flawed and fake.
Look at satellite photographs of Greenland, Antarctica and glaciers taken over the past fifty years or more. There is a lot less ice. Contact anyone in Tuvalu, Kiribati and similar places. Even Miami. Sea levels are measureably rising. Saying a thing isn’t happening doesn’t stop it from happening. Does your grandmother like her garden? Hardiness zones have shifted north so she can grow plants now she couldn’t 40 years ago.
