Fellow parents, I need advice. During one of the many s** talks with our daughter (she’s 16 and in a committed relationship of 5 months), we told her it is okay for her to have s** in our house- in her bedroom and bed only. We promised her there would be no punishment or humiliation. She agreed to do it when we were at work or out for a night on the town. We told her she would have all necessary items needed (condoms, KY gel, spermicide, etc.).
Most teens will have s** and we do not want our daughter to feel she needs to sneak around to have it- like in cars, lovers lanes, etc. If she wants to have it, we want to make sure she is safe and comfortable in her own home when she does it. Lovers lanes are just so unsafe today. We want her to feel like s** is natural and should be done at home. Now, an improtant part of this agreement is no one night stands- she absolutely needs to be in a committed relationship.
Other parents, what do you think of our s***** policy? I think it is a good one becaue of safety.
