Did you see the videos of the Ukrainian girl castrating Russian prisoners? She is so meticulous and medical like, but she does it so slow. Probably better that she does it inside in well lit, sterile conditions rather than out in the field.

She guides her razor knife steadily down the crease in the ball sac causing it to part open.
She pushes the sac wide open showing the raw balls. She pulls the balls forward as she pushes the open sac behind them. Sometimes she doesn’t wear gloves and prods each ball with her fingers. Her fingers or a surgical instrument is used to probe around inside the sac. She used a metal rod to trace out the urethra tube running inside the sac and down between the balls.

She clamps off each ball and clamps the blood vessels running to it. After they are both clamped she selects the first one to cut off. She points back and forth between each ball to prolong the selection and heighten the suspense. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe select a ball that’s first to go.

The she takes the scissors or scalpel and the selected ball is lost. She shows it to her victim and then drops it in a bottle. The process is repeated for the second ball. Smiling and laughing, she writes the victim’s name on the bottle, and seals it up as her trophy.

The empty ball sac is cleaned inside with an antibiotic, the vessels cauterized with a hot wire, and the sac is slowly and neatly sewn up.

Sometimes she flips the empty sac back and forth, measuring the amount needed. When she does, it means she is going to cut off the sac too. A little will be left to sew up under the shaft to close the opening. Her work looks natural, like the ball sac was never there. Just a limp or erect shaft with nothing under it. It has a continuation of the line running down the shaft to the a***, as if the sac and balls were never there.

Then she get the next empty bottle and gets ready for her next set of balls. I wonder how many she has.
