I play the sims 4 to make myself happier and let my sims have the life I know I won’t ever have. I let them get married, have fun, have a great social life, live in nice homes, have a family let you live your life. I can’t have any of that so I live through them. It’s my only escape from reality.

Maybe there is a way you can be transported into the game and live in the Sims 4?
Video games are very effective & harmless outlets. I’ve used competitive shooters as an emotional crutch for a long time now. Totally normal, so long as the time your spending doesn’t get out of hand.
Smh, That’s the same employment I get out of playing Sims 3, getting to be someone else
