In Guantánamo Case, US Govt Says It Can Indefinitely Detain Anyone – Even US Citizens.
Guantánamo Bay Naval base has been used as a prison camp where people were tortured without and due process or right to a hearing. The US holds them for life.
Yet the political parties say that people who enter the US illegally can’t be held and must be released if they sign a paper saying they will show up for a hearing. Most do not show up for an immigration hearing and they signed a fake name to the paper.
Odd how some people can be held for life without any proof and even tortured, but others can’t be detained, sent back, or declined entry.
Recently illegals from the Congo, a country with a massive EBOLA disease outbreak, have been flown into the US and they have wads of One Hundred dollar bills. Who is funding them? Who want s an EBOLA outbreak in the US?
