Every night I have to take our son to bed (he’s 2 years old) and lie down next to him until he goes to sleep. Most nights he takes the iPad onto his side of the bed and watches some stuff until he falls asleep.

A few nights ago this happened as per usual, but whilst he was watching the iPad my mind began to wander because I was waiting for him to nod off and I was thinking of images of my s*** wife in a bikini. As a consequence I was aroused and shortly thereafter jacked off into my pjyama pants. Now I feel ashamed and dirty that I did this whilst my son was nearby and for my lack of self control, although he was unaware of it.
