Most of my job this week has been telling people that they’ve wasted thousands, millions even on Malaysian Airlines and that my insurance company won’t cover them if they want to pull out because even if we did cover bankruptcy, we wouldn’t cover them because the default would be related to the MH17 event; as an act of war, no insurance in their right mind would cover it or they’d go bankrupt themselves from all the claims.

Then people start crying and I love it.
Regardless of how reputable their service has been, their business decisions have always been aimed at protecting themselves and driving their customers into the ground as a sacrifice.
If you didn’t see this coming, you f****** deserved to waste your money.
