My main trigger of anxiety attack is the feeling of loss of control or inability to act. This sounds obvious, but it took nearly a year to realise. You see you might be smart as f***, but if you cant handle your feelings then all that intelligence goes to waste. I also took a while to understand that. In life we have thousands of gauges about things,situations,feelings,action that we must find the proper sweetspot that we have to maintain to be content. The more gauges that are interacting with each other the more this sweetspot changes. To achieve this you need experience and the ability to learn from it. This means constant exposure to everything that is happening around around you and inside you. This is the only way to achieve what we call balance.
