I mean, common decency and respect personally, yeah. You don’t call names, knock anyone down, gossip, whatever else on a personal level. Don’t fight, argue, whatever else common courtesy. I’m down with that. Personal space, etc.

Professional…. Any respect that is not earned, AND I do mean ANY Respect that is not earned, is false. I am not a false kind of person. It’s just but smooching. I’m the king of the castle. Like we did when we were 6. It’s pretend. It isn’t based in reality. You don’t even want to know who I think is the most important people there. I’ll give you a hint… It isn’t you.
