(Doesnt seem to be a respond feature here so I will just write this, im on a rant it seems)
Luckily it never really went over to people, sure I had my fair share of sibling fights but other then that I never physicaly and really rarely verbaly snapped at others. Over the years i just kept myself isolated from close relationships with anyone outside the core family. I still sometimes have smaller outbursts but most of those just result in me hitting my head against a wall, which sure could be seen as a really small kind of selfharm but I wouldnt have the balls to seriously injure my self or those close to me.
