and if we would just fund the right things most mentally ill people would be happier and not harm others too. even people who arent mentally ill and do evil s*** could be changed with the right resources. but that wont change right now since the people who can change things for the better lack empathy for others. people with power and are rich who may have had empathy before dont have t now. cause to get to their positions they definitely would have exploited and mistreated others.
