Other countries tend to see the USA (the nation not the individuals living there) as a petulant bully that brags about how free and great it is while ignoring the many problems it has at home. Its priorities are odd when compared to our own nations, and it lacks self awareness. It’s the kid who chucks a tantrum when he doesn’t get his own way and takes his bat and ball and clears off home rather than playing nicely with everyone else.
