Samuel Shirokobrod Of Baltimore, Maryland forced himself on several small children and threatened to kill their parents nd he bragged about this on social media and confirmed his crimes to the Baltimore Police Department and they still refuse to arrest him. Why is he free to rome schoolyards where he has been questioned by police several times and yet never arrested?
