My job would be fine if not for these 2 assholes who do less than bare minimum, one of whom hasn’t shown up to work since monday this week, and yet both of them believe they should be making 7 figure salaries and have immunity from any and all responsibilities that come with having a job. yesterday one of them got very aggressive and antagonistic with one of the few people who actually does show up there to work, then of course denied it like a f****** coward p**** when confronted by me and the upper management about it. 55 years old. absolutely pathetic. they both need to be fired immediately, i dont even care if we have replacements for them or not, we’re already doing all the work for them so it won’t disturb the chain of command that’s in place currently, maybe eventually we’d even find other people to work there who actually try and give a s***. just horrible, and its amazing how just 2 people can drag an entire place down with their selfish entitled narcissism. i pray that they just eventually stop showing up altogether. giving it a few more months then i will see what else is out there for me. dreading going in today.
