I have such a hard time with phones. I can’t stand to hear one ring. It is so hard to pick one up to make a call. I have to order my psych meds from the VA by phone.

I have waited so long that I’ll never get the new ones before I run out. I have half a days supply left and it takes 7 to 10 days to get them. I’m f#cked. If I make it through the next couple of weeks without ending it, It will be a miracle.
